Monic AI Systems Booking Privacy Policy

Monic AI Systems Booking schedules the 25-minute AI Visibility Strategy Call with Monica Tomasso. No Monic website account is required. Connecting the app grants limited booking permissions; an appointment requires a separate confirmation.

Information processed: the attendee name and email you provide, selected date/time/timezone, confirmation and booking status, Cal.com reference, and limited authorization/security records. Guest connections use random identifiers. OAuth credentials and confirmation tokens are stored as hashes, not plaintext. Enter only information needed for scheduling.

Uses: check public strategy-call availability, prepare the appointment, create it after your explicit confirmation, send confirmation details, prevent duplicate or abusive requests, and provide support. Opening the calendar or preparing an appointment does not book or reserve it. We do not expose Monica's private calendar event descriptions or other event types.

Providers: Cal.com receives attendee details and the selected appointment. Supabase hosts the booking service and database. Cloudflare processes requests to the booking domain in transit and applicable security records, but receives no Cal.com credential and operates no booking database. OpenAI processes your ChatGPT conversation and app interactions under its own policies. Calendar and email providers process the invitations and notifications sent by Cal.com.

Booking authorization is not marketing consent. We do not sell booking information or use it for AI model training without separate consent. Provider handling and retention are subject to their own applicable policies.

Retention: expired unbooked intents become eligible for deletion seven days after expiry; completed booking records become eligible 90 days after the scheduled call. The hourly cleanup removes eligible records. Security rate counters are removed when older than 30 days. OAuth authorization and hashed credential records are removed once their absolute expiry is more than 30 days old. Revoked/replayed credentials remain unusable, and their security fences are retained through that period. Processing or uncertain booking records are kept for operator reconciliation instead of being deleted to allow retries. Provider backups and Cal.com/calendar/email records have separate retention lifecycles.

Contact monica.tomasso@monicaisystems.com to request access, correction, deletion, or help. Identity/ownership may need verification to prevent unauthorized disclosure. Disconnect the app in ChatGPT to stop using the connection. For revocation of remaining authorization records, contact support; revocation makes the related service credentials unusable. Disconnecting does not cancel a booked appointment or automatically delete provider records. Use the confirmation's cancellation/rescheduling controls or contact support.
