Monic AI Systems Booking Terms

This app schedules Monic AI Systems' 25-minute AI Visibility Strategy Call with Monica Tomasso. It supports only that designated event. It does not administer Cal.com, manage other calendars, process payments, or form a paid consulting agreement.

Provide accurate attendee details and an email address you are authorized to use. Review the attendee, date, time and timezone before confirming. Availability may change before the booking is completed. Opening the calendar or preparing a confirmation does not reserve an appointment.

An appointment requires your separate confirmation and a successful Cal.com response. Keep the returned booking reference and confirmation email. If a response is uncertain, contact support before attempting another booking; automatic retries could create an unwanted duplicate.

For cancellation or rescheduling, use the controls in the appointment confirmation or contact monica.tomasso@monicaisystems.com. These administrative actions are not tools exposed by this app. Disconnecting the app does not cancel an existing appointment.

Do not impersonate another attendee, send unwanted invitations, probe private calendars, evade rate limits or misuse the service. Access may be revoked to address abuse. Connecting authorizes only the described scheduling capabilities, not access to a website account or account administration.

The service depends on OpenAI, Supabase, Cloudflare, Cal.com and calendar/email provider availability. A strategy call does not guarantee search rankings, AI recommendations or commercial results. Any paid consulting engagement requires a separate agreement. The app itself collects no payments.
